AlshirawiEveryWhere - Mobile Application Privacy Policy

Oasis Enterprises LLC (herein further referred to as “OE”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This privacy policy describes the privacy practices adopted by Oasis Enterprises LLC. Or “OE”. It describes the personal information that is collected from you and how it will be processed and stored when you use the AlshirawiEveryWhere web application (https://alshirawieverywhere.oasisppd.com) and the AlshirawiEveryWhere Mobile application (the “AlshirawiEveryWhere App”)., as well as when you are using the location tracking services and features over the AlshirawiEveryWhere Mobile application that is developed by the supplier, “Synergy” who may also provide application support for (A) this Mobile application hosted on Android and Apple stores and its (B) backend web application support. Synergy is only responsible for technical development of the application and providing response to Level 3 support requests raised by OE/ Al Shirawi IT team. however, any further Level1 support will be provided by OE/ Al Shirawi IT helpdesk.
By accessing or using the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services and clicking on ‘accept’, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and that you understand that all information submitted by you through the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services or otherwise to OE may be used by OE in accordance with applicable laws, this Privacy Policy and our customer ‘Terms of Use’ of AlshirawiEveryWhere services, which can be found below
1. Terms of Use
Time and Attendance (AlshirawiEveryWhere) Mobile Application services (herein further within the document will be referred as ‘AlshirawiEveryWhere’) is the sole property of Oasis Enterprises (OE) and has appointed Synergy (Vendor/ Supplier), OE to develop and support AlshirawiEveryWhere application based on the requirements provided for app development services such as Time and Attendance login and logout, Break in Break out, Roster Schedules, Work from home, Sick leave application, employee physical route tracking during office hours via the Mobile application. Synergy is not responsible legally or otherwise for the purpose for which the app will be used within the organization.
A User may be either an employee, for example an employee which has executed an agreement with OE or with OE’s AlshirawiEveryWhere Mobile Application, or users of the Website (“End User(s)”) (Customer / Employee / End User shall collectively be referred to as “Users” or “you “).
Data integrity is important to us. You agree to use the service of the AlshirawiEveryWhere application as per the application instructions/ manual issued to you by OE HR and you agree not to tamper with the application used for time and attendance and employee route tracking during office hours.
2. Scope and Application
This Privacy Policy applies to: (i) persons /employees who access or use the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services; and (ii) drivers, including any other Al Shirawi Group employee(s) or contracted employees.
Please note that all Users are asked to represent that they are at least 18 years old. No personal information from children under the age of 18 is knowingly collected, kept or maintained through the AlshirawiEveryWhere Mobile Application.
This Privacy Policy describes the procedures of OE on the collection, use, access, correction, locations, task roster and disclosure of your personal information on AlshirawiEveryWhere Mobile App and Admin Web Dashboard. Your personal information will include any information which, either alone or with other data, is reasonably available to us and relates to you (“Personal Information”).
This Privacy Policy also covers any of your Personal Information which is provided to OE from you and which is used in connection with the Time and Attendance services, Roster, Sales and marketing of the services, features or content.
By clicking on ‘Accept’ and using our Services, you acknowledge you have read and understood, accept this privacy policy and the terms of using the AlshirawiEveryWhere mobile application and you consent for OE to collect, store, process and transmit your data within the United Arab Emirates and outside of the United Arab Emirates.
For the purposes of data protection law, (the “Data Protection Law “), the data controller of the data processed through the Service is ‘OE’, who makes available and permits End Users to access and use the Service or anyone on its behalf.
OE is the controller (the “Data Controller”)
Collection of Information
We collect and process the following types of Personal Information:
Personal Information which is being gathered through the Service consists of any personal details provided consciously and voluntarily by a Customer (Employer), End User or the Customer’s administrator or through your use of the AlshirawiEveryWhere platform. This may include your name (first and last), birthdate, gender, nationality, job title, Employee ID, Reporting manager name, date you first started working for your employer, department you work in, employee ID, company address, country, city, postcode, status in the system and in the workplace, IP address, and other unique identifiers excluding any personal sensitive information, information the Customer chooses to collect and other information User may choose to provide to AlshirawiEveryWhere and to its employee.
Location Information: If you are using the AlshirawiEveryWhere mobile App, we will capture your geolocation for time keeping purposes during office hours. The MENA legal basis for processing this information is the contractual obligation to your employer to perform the Services. If you are using the AlshirawiEveryWhere Mobile App, OE (your employer) may enable GPS to capture geo-location for time keeping purposes.
Contact Information: you express an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services, Mobile Apps, AlshirawiEveryWhere may ask you to provide your personal contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. This information is used to communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions. The MENA legal basis for processing this information is the legitimate interest in communicating with you and answering your questions.
Attendance Information: We collect attendance data through login via employee id to record sign in/sign out. The user details are retained till the user is active and all data will be removed when the user is removed by the Account Owner (OE HR). We do not share personal data with any other external third parties. “Synergy” the app developer has no access to live data of OE employees as the access provided for the test environment (UAT Testing) is provided with non-live data by Al Shirawi team.
The developer “Synergy” does not store user’s data as the app developed is tested, approved and hand overed to OE. App collect time entry and attendance data when you use the App. The MENA legal basis for processing this information is the contractual obligation to your employer to perform the services.
Device Information: using the Mobile Apps, we may request access to your device’s location, physical tracking sensors, photo storage. This allows you to take and upload pictures and such access would only be used in ways you choose. You may at any time revoke access at the device level. We do not access your device’s camera and photo storage without your permission. When you download and use the Mobile Apps, we may automatically collect some of your device information such as operating system version, type, The MENA legal basis for processing this information is the contractual obligation to your employer to perform the Services.
Non-personal Information
The other type of data may be collected from your system / Mobile phone is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which is available to us while you / users are using the AlshirawiEveryWhere service or the web application. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information and behavioral information and which may include, the User’s Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer/ smartphone to the Internet, your computer / mobile operating system, type of browser.

3. Use of Personal Data
The Personal Data which you provide to us or which is collected from you may be used to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services.
- Perform internal administration and operations.
- Send or facilitate communications.
- Send you communications we think will be of interest to you.
- Keep the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services safe and secure.
4. Roster Schedule
The Roster schedule in the AlShirawiEverywhere App is a systematic assignment or meeting plan created for the sales team professionals for structured timeline and meetings.
5. Storage and Transfer of Personal Data
You agree that OE has the right to store, transfer the Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy, and process and store it in, the UAE and other Al Shirawi – Cloud Data Canters, some of which may have different protective data protection laws than the United Arab Emirates. Where this is the case, OE will take appropriate measures to protect your Persona data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
By submitting your Personal Data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. OE will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
To preserve the integrity of AlshirawiEveryWhere’s Application databases, to carry out on-going OE Services on your behalf, for Time Attendance and Employee Tracking purposes and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, OE retains Personal Information and Demographic Information submitted by Users and Captains for a reasonable length of time.
OE is not responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and will modify or update your Personal Information in AlshirawiEveryWhere Application databases upon your request. If required by law, we will erase or archive from active use your Personal Information once your services or contract with OE or with the Al Shirawi Group ends.
6. Sharing of Personal Data
We will not share personal information about you with any of the third party unless we have your permission or OE’s permission under the following circumstances:
To facilitate the operation of the App and Service and to perform related services. For example, and without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Service’s features or to assist us in analyzing how our App and Service is used. We may have temporary access to the personal information needed to perform their functions but it may not use it for other purposes.
OE reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as We OE reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request (ii) enforce this Privacy Policy, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; (iv) respond to user support requests; or (v) protect Our rights, property, or safety. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and spam/malware prevention. We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Information and to treat it in accordance with applicable laws. We do not allow third party service providers and Sub-Processors.

Through the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services, your Personal Data may be shared:
- With Al Shirawi Group - internal IT Team(s) to enable them to provide the AlshirawiEveryWhere Services you request, IT and server maintenance and support
7. Other Important Sharing
Your Personal Data may also be shared:
- In response to a request for information by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
- With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties to enforce or apply our Terms of Service, to investigate potential breaches or if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of OE or others, or if we believe that disclosure is permitted by, in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process.
- If we otherwise notify you and you consent to the sharing.
- With third parties in an aggregated and/or anonymized form (for Testing purposes) which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
8. Data Retention
Marketing and Opting Out
From time to time, AlshirawiEveryWhere Application may send you Attendance and Time Tracking communications. If you have any queries about opting out of these communications and emails, you can contact the OE HR.
Your data will not be used for any Marketing purposes and all Time Tracking and location route tracking analytics are only for the intended use of the OE HR Team.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes in the way we treat your Personal Data, or to the Privacy Policy, we will provide you notice through the OE AlshirawiEveryWhere Services or by some other means, such as email. Your continued use of the OE Services after such notice constitutes your consent to the changes. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy for the latest information on our privacy practice.
10. Security Precautions
Your profile created through the AlshirawiEveryWhere Platform is password protected. OE employees will never proactively reach out to you and ask for any personal account information, including your passwords.
OE makes every effort to ensure that your Personal Data is secure. OE has engaged Cybersecurity staff dedicated to maintaining our Privacy Policy as set forth herein, periodically reviewing web security and making sure that every OE employee is aware of our security practices. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, OE cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Data you transmit to us or the AlshirawiEveryWhere Platform, and you do so at your own risk.
